I spent several hundred hours on this MOSAIC adding images that would symbolize the melting pot that USA is. The great experiment that is as powerful as it ever has been. It is amazing to be a part of it though many times we need to confront racism and inequality, but we do so like no other place in the world.

Wernher Krutein has, since childhood, formulated a reverence for a world he describes as "simply beautiful, enormously complex, and lovingly profound." In this quest he has taken well over three million photographs and hundreds of hours of film and video footage all over the planet. His endeavor is no less than the documentation of the Universe.
