The unabated construction of this city is both a miracle and a curse. Soon this city will sink into the the rising sea if an earthquake does'nt get the best of it first. Imagine being in this massive skyscraper when a really big quake rocks and shudders these vertical behemoths. There will narry be a non-soiled nicker when this comes about. It's not a matter of if . . .
This is just to much my dear SF planners, to much. I am saddened by the lack of scale anymore that this city had in abundance into the 1990's. But no more, its just build build build upon the morass of humanities attempts to stay human. This makes me so so sad. I miss the city that was and bemoan the manhattinization through sheer Greed and Belligerence.
